Loyal customer for 3+ years, only issue I have is at the end of June/early July every yr, the grass looked like it needed fertilizer. For past 3 yrs, I have applied fertilizer myself. This year, I decided they should be doing that. My tech Scott gave me his cell # to text him (no return text). I called the office, Patty passed on a message to another tech (no call back). Finally spoke to Mike the manager, he advised me he has had a lot of trouble with his workers not returning calls/texts. We agreed to have another tech come take a look - no time was agreed on (my fault). I WFH from 9-5. The tech came at 8:38 AM (I was getting ready and didn't hear him), he left a note on the door not addressing ANY of the concerns Mike and I had discussed. I called Mike later that day and left a message (Mike claims it was a "dirty" message on his personal phone, frustrated yes, dirty no) and never returned my call. I called him 3 bus days later and it then became a shouting match. Services cancelled

The Pre-emergent application put down in the Spring failed. I finally emailed asking for the weeds mainly crabgrass to be sprayed on July 9, 2018. They came and sprayed again on August 1, 2018 in the rain. The product they used on Auguist 1 failed mainly because of the wet and rainy conditions. I waited until August 13, 2018 when 60 percent of my yard was infested in weeds to ask again for a spray. The company began with excuses and never stopped basically saying what I had in my yard couldn't be treated. I have taken care of my own yard for 17 years prior to this season and decided because I was having major back surgery to hire a company so I didn't have to deal with my yard recovering. I actually sprayed a section of my yard after they said it couldn't be treated with the same product this company claimed they used to spray the weeds. The weeds immediately started to die. I sent them before pictures, after pictures and pictures of my neighbors lawn who wasn't dealing with any of the weeds I had in my yard. After showing them that I killed the weeds with my spraying a section of them I assumed they would come out and spray again. But they still gave excuses then claimed I had weeds they couldn't kill and said to dig up the spots and seed them to get rid of them By this time the weeds were all over my yard . I asked to speak with the owner and also asked to speak to the technician that took care of my yard and have never heard from either of them. I tried to give them the ability to correct their issue and they never did so I requested a refund of my money for them not doing the job they were hired to do. They refunded me money for the final 2 applications yet to be applied like that made up for the weeds that have been in my yard the whole year and the weeds seeding and making it worse for next year. They sent a letter and with it a letter from Ohio State explaining exactly what I was telling them was in my yard and that it had been a tough year with these because of the weather and the large amounts of rain. I am not sure why they sent me this other than to strengthen my stance on they did a pathetic job treating my lawn and never actually killed any of the weeds in it. I have since asked for all my money back not the last 2 applications in full and haven't heard from anyone in the company. If they would have made an effort to try and kill the weeds after I had killed them and shown them pictures I wouldn't be upset but they haven't stopped with the excuses. I have more pictures and videos as well as videos and pictures after I sprayed myself and the weeds died. They owe me $183.83 to make this right. Friends and family that would visit my house would recommend a lawn care company and would laugh at me when I said I am actually using one to make my yard look this badly. The whole year my yard looked awful. They told me my yard looked different than my neighbors because my yard was seeded and not sodded like my neighbors. But my yard just like every other yard in the community was sodded. I just wanted them to do the job the forced me to end up doing and I tore my meniscus in the process. I shouldn't of had to even mess with my yard but they refused to make this right.

My lawn has never looked better and I have tried other well known companies in the past that were more expensive with unsatisfactory results. I highly recommend them.

Initially started using them after they slit seeded my back and side yard when a  disease had killed most of the grass.  I had many estimates and many different solutions suggested from  like $3500 to $250. Your Lawn was the most reasonable, simple solution, and friendly - not pushy. They slit seeded and lawn has been great since. They are great to work with. I went with a more organic treatment this year but would not hesitate to use them again.

They are all nice enough, but I am super unhappy with the condition of my yard...I've said this to them before and they came out promptly, but I was charged for the visit and nothing really changed.  My yard looked bad all of last year but started to look good this spring...now it is back to terrible.  I have an irrigation system (not that I've had to use it much with all of the summer rain we've had), so I know it's not a lack of watering...and I know it's not too much watering because my neighbor's lawn looks fantastic and they get the same rain that I get...Your Lawn has sparkling reviews other than mine so maybe I just slipped through the cracks, but I still pay them promptly and my yard still looks terrible.

I am extremely pleased with them. We have a farm and the guy told that we will never have a good lawn but with just two applications the lawn is beautiful. They are prompt. What stands out is that we have a beautiful lawn. We were told we'd always have the weeds. We have had other lawn services before but never like this.

I couldn't be more please with the results! Your Lawn did exactly what they said they would do, no hidden costs, no surprises. I even asked them to make an additional trip in the summer because I was starting to see an increase in nutsedge and they came out and applied a treatment for this specific weed at no charge. After that application I continued to see nutsedge all over the neighborhood but NOT in my yard. The best part of all is my lawn looks great! I plan on using Your Lawn going forward as well. If you're looking for someone to do a really nice job at what I think is a very reasonable price compared to other large lawn care companies I suggest you give Your Lawn Inc, a call.

I would definitely use them again.  They’re good and great.  I love the guy who does my lawn.  I would recommend them. I've had them for years and I had no problems with them.  I don't have to do anything.  They come anytime they want and I don't have to be home and that's fine too.

Our lawn looks great so what they are doing appears to be working. We did not have to take care of the lawn and we had a good summer so the grass was growing really well. They are reliable and they showed up and took care of the lawn for us.

Great service at a very fair price.

I have used Your Lawn for the last 5 years.  Their service and responsiveness has been excellent however my lawn was riddled with weeds last year and although they tried to solve the problem, it didn't get better.  the problem I have with Your Lawn is when I called to express my concerns about continuing in 2013, the receptionist said they did everything they could and couldn't come up with a solution. I never heard from the owner or anyone else from Your Lawn thereafter......  

They used a machine do to the seeding and did a great job. They have been taking care of my lawn ever since they did the seeding.

They use biodegradable chemicals. They are an excellent lawn service. I am allergic to weeds and cannot  go out if it has not been treated. The chemicals do not kill off your lawn like it does when other companies spray your yard. You can pay ahead of time and receive a discount. I am able to go out and enjoy my lawn and it is nice and green. Many people in my neighborhood use them.

I've had him for about 5 years and I have been very happy with him. I also like that they treat for dandelions and will come follow up with any problems for no extra charge. I've recommended them to other people as well.
