After Ryan checked out the ducts in our house with a camera (and TV for us to see), we scheduled time to have the work done. Ryan and Bob were very professional and courteous. They were careful to return everything to the way that they found it. In some cases they have to move furniture. When they were done, I couldn't tell that anything had been moved. I was very comfortable having them do work in my home. The main return line was caulked shut and Ryan had to cut the caulk to get in and clean it out. He re-caulked it, and you can't tell that it was opened. Later in the day, after the work was completed, Ryan called to see if I had any questions and to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. I feel that I got exceptional service for a great price
