Carl Ratliff, the man who sold me a furnace, was the technician, along with his friend. I found out later that I did not get a replacement of my 3 ton furnace, but a 2.5 ton 3 strip air supplier. They put a heat pump in with parts from American Supplier and when you input a temperature that you want, the temperature will drop until an auxiliary heater will kick in. I called about this issue, and they kept promising to come out to fix it, but they never did. The auxiliary heat makes a huge noise when it kicks on, as well. It's make my lights flicker, it's so bad. I found out that if it's below 30 degrees, a heat pump is of no use anyways. I'm very disappointed in this service. They also took my furnace and A/C that actually still works.
