Initially they gave me a lower estimate via text message. It took me two months to get the quote from them.  Mr. Brown did come out when the insurance company came out. They insurance company disagreed with him about the storm damage to my home. He said there was damage from the storm when there wasn't any. Mr. Brown overheard the estimate from the insurance quote and he raised his quote. They dropped a hammer through my garage ceiling and put a huge hole in it. They put vent covers up but did not cut the wholes for the vents. A rain storm came and they did not lay the tarps down properly. I then received damage to my drywall in the family room. He then sent out an inexperienced person to fix the drywall. The work and craftsmanship was terrible. They did not clean up very well after themselves. I phoned the owner of the company and he hung up on me.
