Tony's Catering & Deli

The caterer was very professional and knowledgeable.  He really helped me nail down the menu because I was all over the place.  This caterer has  extensive menu offerings.  The food was delivered hot as promised and right on time.  I was not happy with some of the dishes.  I had asked for baked ham sliced, and specifically indicated not the baked ham that is found in the deli.  Unfortunately that's what I got in a hot broth which toughened it  during the event.  Guests did not eat much of it.  I also wanted Mac & Cheese.  What I got was pasta shells with a gooey yellow cheese sauce.   Once it got cold you could not eat it too cheesey.  The sausage and peppers were ok.  The chicken wings disappeared the guest enjoyed them.  The best was the fruit platter (very generous), tossed salad, potato salad, and large soft rolls.
The highlight of the party was the beautiful and delicious birthday cake, perfectly decorated as I wanted.  It went beyond my expectations.  The cake was made by Dianne.  If you are looking for an outstanding birthday or wedding cake or any kind of cake ask for Dianne.
