Tina was extremely responsive and professional. Her crew did a good job.

Tina's crew did a poor job for a deep cleaning! They showed up on time but not sure how long they actually cleaned since we were not there. The crew was hired to do a 12 hour DEEP clean but looked like they did not do a thorough cleaning of all the rooms. The crew probably would have done a better job if Tina, the owner, was on site.
When we spoke to Tina before the cleaning, we informed her that this is our summer home and it gets very dusty since it's not lived in during the winter. Everything was in order when they arrived so all they needed to do was dust and wash the hardwood floors, dust surfaces and clean the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. She said these were all things that they took care of during a normal cleaning. With the deep cleaning, they would get under and around surfaces that normally don't get done. Some of the rooms looked like they were not completely cleaned. They did a good job in the bathrooms but not so good of a job in the other rooms. They wiped around items, rather than picking them up. The hardwoods were not dusted under the beds or around curtains. Some surfaces were not wiped down and had cob webs on them. For the price we paid, we were not satisfied with the work. If they did a good job, the price would have been fair. I gave them a C because some areas were good and some areas not so good.

It is a good company. They are bonded and insured. They are very personable. They are local and not a huge chain. They are fabulous.

I gave this company 3 chances. The workers are not screened for criminal activities. Billing practices are often not correct. Overall I was not happy with this company.
Response from Tina's Helping Hand
"This is a untrue statement all workers are back ground checked and must pass before they enter employment. We had a problem providing our service because the client kept changing her mind about what to do and when she wanted it provided."
