windows installed are incorrect size, the trim is incomplete or damaged on the outside of my home, they destroyed the trim on the inside of my home causing severe damage and insulation to blow from my walls. I paid for 19 windows and only received 16. They stopped coming and did not complete the work. I did take this company to court and win my judgement but they did not bother to show up to court.

After he reviewed the scope of work, he quoted $200. We agreed. Days later, he stated he needed another $85 for the material. I met him at our home and gave him the money. He went to the store to buy the appropriate aluminum flashing and completed the installation. He never rang the doorbell to tell me when the job was finished. When my husband came home, we saw the work. The trim was supposed to be a dark green/gray and instead it was dark brown. The aluminum flashing was nailed in at various intervals, which indented the metal. The previous quality installation had no such nails. On this install, the edges were not clean cut. Under the window and garage door, the metal was wavy, with actual openings. Some of the metal looked like it had been bumped and indented numerous times.
