Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
They were smart and professional. They finished in good time....it took a little longer because of a few torrential downpours, but all in all they finished in the amount of time they planned from the beginning of the project. No surprises and they were quite resourceful.

The owner (Brandon) that did the quote was very thorough and professional. The crew that did the work (Robert, Cody and Tyler) were great. I asked for a couple of changes along the way and they were very fair and accomodating.

This company does not honor their warranty. They did damage to my foundation and will not return my calls. I have been trying to get them to come back and fix the damage they caused.

"We 100% honor all of our warranties. We apologize for the delayed response. We were out of the office last week. We have reached out to address the issue. UPDATE - Foundation wall was found to be damaged, but NEO not at fault. Customer hired NEO to repair damaged foundation. Project successfully completed."

If you need waterproofing work with concrete finishing etc, Go somewhere else. Long Long Long ongoing NEGATIVE experience. Hollow walls communicate better then these people. Rediculous!

Brandon was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He found problems with my sump pump that were not the cause of this particular issue, but certainly saved me future headaches and $. He actually went out of his way to get me a new marine battery for my backup pump and hooked it up and he only charged me the cost of the battery.

I just purchased a 16 year old home with a 13 year old sump pump. I contacted NEO-Waterproffing and Brandon called back same day. Set up an appointment and arrived when he said he would. Brandon new what i wanted and installed a new sump pump with a back-up system. He did excellent work and explained everything in detail. very satisfied ,will use again if need arises.

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
I had an emergency with a corroded pump that had stopped working in a crock that was in danger of flowing out into the basement . Brandon called immediately and came out with a new pump. He found out old pump was still under warranty and swapped it for the new one! Fantastic. Job was does quick and easy, and is working great.
