I used their website to schedule an appointment, got a call from someone I could barely understand saying I needed to reschedule with her because the website scheduling feature does not work. Got a second call from someone in Pittsburgh saying I need to reschedule with him because neither the website or the call center that contacted me knew when an advisor would be in Erie. Got several confirmation emails about our appointment, 45 minutes before we got a call cancelling. We rescheduled, got additional confirmation emails and once again 45 minutes before they called and cancelled so I told them not to call back. After that they became relentless, calling my cellphone evenings, weekends, weekdays until I finally said yes to a third reschedule. They called 45 minutes before the appointment and cancelled again. I told the person to put us on their do not call list, do not call again, do not email me. They called again, I told them it had to stop, the same woman called again the next day "by accident", said she was sorry and that her boss was going to send us a letter, that was weeks ago and we have received nothing but at least they stopped calling.
