The leak described above was repaired. However, a new problem was created in that the roof now leaks where it joins onto the house roof. It appears there is now an opening where the two roofs join and Harborside Roofing did not bring the new shingles up high enough onto the house roof. When I first contacted Shane Clinard, the owner of Harborside Roofing, I spoke with his partner, Jerry, and he agreed to come over that afternoon and fix the problem. However, he called later and rescheduled for the next day. He called early in the day and said they would be over in the everning but never appeared. After that I called 3-4 times and left voice mail messages but never got a response.
Description of Work: Original problem: The roof to the sunroom addition leaked at the eaves edge. Description of work: The roof to the sunroom addition was removed and replaced. New problem: The roof now leaks in a new area where it adjoins the house roof. My carpet and couch got soaked and I have had to move the couch into the middle of the room and cover the carpet with plastic and set out receptacles to catch water when it rains.
