Delaney Contracting

I couldn't be happier with the work these guys have done. Paint looks beautiful. The small repairs they did are well-done and blend in perfectly. They showed up every weekday at the same time and worked until it was done, and right on time to their estimates. Oh, and the quote they gave? The final price came in under it, which was already super reasonable. And on top of everything else they are super nice guys!
Bottom line, if you're around Ashtabula and you need some interior painting done, I'd strongly recommend giving Delaney a call. They're awesome!

I liked Lance the minute I met him. An honest, genuinely nice guy. He priced his work fairly and did a fabulous job with the painting. I asked him to serve as sort of a "general contractor" for me and he found me a great flooring guy. I then hired him to build a study for my husband including built in floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. He did a great job and his work exceeded my expectations. Again, fairly priced and quality work. I would and will hire Lance Delaney again when I have the need for his skill and expertise.

The Delaney brothers are professional in all their dealings with you, from answering your initial questions, to working with you to help choose the color and finish you want, to the areas you want painted, they are very thorough and they truly are meticulous and caring in completing your work. The communication you receive every step of the way is excellent and they are unmatched in keeping your home clean and performing the work with expert attention to detail and care.

They are very professional and very reliable. They clean up each day after the job is done. Took care of the surrounding areas too.
