Brobst was initially very professional, came with the owner and an aid, gave us good indication of intent to work and doing what we wanted, which was landscaping help, weeding, leveling of property with topsoil or fill, and a seasonal contract for future work on a regular basis. They finally came up with a quote after several attempts after the initial visit with them. It was modest for what we wanted but we found they had trouble with basics like finding topsoil or fill for leveling. When they finally came out, they didn't do half of what we had talked about and added to our issues by putting stone where we didn't want it and not where we did, not completing a bed where we had discussed, only doing some work, taking out lighting and not reinstalling it, and then having certain pieces of the lighting disappear when their workmen found out what kind of metal it was. It was obvious after the fact that they only wanted work that gave them public face value, as our property was tucked in away from public view. It was clearly beneath them to do the work and the effort was severely lacking. Never came back to fix what they had done, no effort at contacting us to make up for it and I finally had them deduct $1000 from the final bill. They hadn't even left a message saying that they were done or not done and finally contacted me about the final payment. I had to say and quot;For what? You mean to tell me you are done with a bed that didn't get put in and stone in the wrong place? REALLY!and quot; Do not use if your property has a lot of issues or no face value for them to advertise with.

Four man crew worked 1 1/2 days.excellent job. Very profesional and worth every penney!5

There was a crew of 4, and they worked straight thru one full day, and came out a second day for about 3-4 hours. They actually did more work than what we had agreed on, I give them an A+.

They're very good and very efficient.
