A-1 QUALITY PAINTING

Went very well. Mr. Newsome returned calls in timely manner - showed up for estimate appointment on time, also came prepared with copy of his insurance, and referrals. After I checked his insurance, saw his work, and checked the BBB, I decided to go with his company. I had an issue with someone I knew was on his crew, and there was no problem dealing with my request for him to stay away. Mr. Newsome showed up with a crew at appointed time; finished project as promised with one delay due to heavy rain. Everyone worked very efficiently. Any added items were discussed and price met before he worked them. There were issues with one paint color - but that was the mixer's fault - Mr. Newsome persevered until I was exactly happy with the color. Punch list of my concerns and touch ups following paint completion were dealt with quickly, with no "attitude".
