We were hiring this "business" to remodel our master bathroom. I'll state up front that no money was exchanged and no contract signed. But we did have an agreement as to cost and what work was to be done. Ray texted me pictures of bathrooms, one of which my wife and I liked, but when he went shopping for it he texted me very different pictures, which we didn't. (This was mainly the tile.) Initially the tile we found was going to take 2-3 weeks to get it, and I told Ray that (he didn't blink) but I knew this would be **** ** him so we kept looking, finding something we could have in about 5 days. It took us about 6 days to find the tile. He could have started Monday with all the other stuff we were having done and the tile would have arrived in plenty of time. So I texted Ray and asked if we could talk and he replied "Not really, I think I'm going to pass on the job". Later in the text stating "I don't think you know what you want yet and I'm backing up daily on jobs..." Seriously, what the heck? For taking 6 days to find tile we were going to spend literally thousands on? And why the heck would he send pictures of bathrooms he couldn't build? My wife and I purchased lights, a vanity, mirrors, faucets. The only things left were the tub and tile. For him to do this was beyond unreasonable. Ray is unreliable and I wouldn't recommend this company, or this could happen to you as well.
