+ -1 moreI don't think I've ever dealt with a customer service group of ladies who were more patient and pleasant. There were multiple calls due to delivery/mail bungling. This made extra work, but they maintained their cheerful, helpfulness. The furniture arrived well packed.
Description of Work: Parts sent for knock down furniture replacement. 1 piece I had lost, but they replaced it at no charge anyway. Their furniture is sold nationally.
