I live in Richmond, IN.  I've had a bad run with local contractors (shoddy workmanship, sketchy workers asking for advances, workers disappearing during job then reappearing without notice, girlfriends/wives looking for their husbands, etc.) so I reached out to contractors in the surrounding areas through Angie's List.  The best decision I've made when choosing a contractor.  Larry Fourman was upfront, courteous and very mindful of what I needed done; and this is also reflected through his workers who were respectful and worked diligently. The guys cleaned up after themselves every day and if they were mindful (eg, they would ask if they can leave their stuff in the garage for the next day; didn't just assume it was ok).   At first, I was a little nervous with the hourly rate of $40 per man hour he quoted, but I told him that made me nervous because I had a certain budget in mind.  He told me that they'd be within the budget.  My final bill ended up being a lot less than what he had originally projected!!!  Larry is so approachable.  I felt comfortable telling him what my preferences were and he'd accommodate.  FIVE STARS!  Definitely reaching out to him for more work around the house.  Thank you, Larry Fourman Construction!

It was a very positive experience. The office manager was very helpful and we were contacted right away. Larry and Nolan gave us an estimate that we felt was very fair. The work was done in a very friendly and professional manner. Would definitely use them again.

They replaced the roof over the attick where the leak was. This was about a 5' wide section. They had been coming to my home over the last 2 years patching the leak, and it had been fixed for quite a while. However, we believe a storm from last winter led me to needing the repair. To the best of my knowledge, there has been no leak since he replaced the area of the roof.
