+ -1 moreWent well, until afterward. Boards quickly began "cupping" and several split, needing replacement. Two were replaced, but installer stopped responding before completing the last one. More than a half dozen phone messages and texts (and one in-person reminder) without response. Initially we found the owner and employees to be quite personable
Description of Work: Carpet removed and replaced with hardwood (1/2" oak) flooring provided by another business.
