I had a very poor experience with them. I invited them to my home. I wrote out step by step items that I had an issue with. It boils down one fine thing and that is that they have many item sold but they subcontracted out the installation. I had a particular problem dealing with the subcontractor doing the installation. I spoke to their management about the issues that I had. I wrote to them for an invitation visit to my resident. It resolved to some changes within the company itself as far as graves of responsibility. However, the subcontractor that was responsible with this is still employed and my appealing is that the same degree of service or lack of service, lack of respect and general bullying type of methodology still exist. The product is fine, it's just that I had many issues with the installation of my windows. I don't like the fact they omitted some things that were written in the factory that should be written in the installation procedure of the product. I didn't care for the method by which they removed my storm windows which was kicking them out as far as removing of screws and so forth. So subsequently, when the windows are kicked out forcefully when they're screwed in, then the screws pull wood loose from the structure around the windows, the framing itself leaving me with lot holes that I'm concerned about with regard to penetration of elements. Dropping window without advising me and just shady stuff like that. There was a broken grid work that was carefully put in to the window. The first removal for washing resolved in the destruction of that item. They did the measuring 2 times and 20% was mismeasured but to me that's sloppy work. That goes back to management and that means that management did not have any follow up of the product out in the field and I was providing that particular degree of follow up and feedback to them.

Overall it went very well. There's still a couple more little things. That job was not a big job but they stall make me feel important.
