The cuts are very clean and the deck is solid. It looks great! I requested a change towards the end of the project that required extra labor and they worked with me on that to get the deck just how I wanted. Would use their services again."

In most municipalities, lawn mowing companies only need a business license to operate. However, in some areas, landscaping companies must be licensed, insured, and bonded. Working with an unlicensed and uninsured company could mean you’re liable for any injuries on your property, which is a major risk that’s best to avoid. Bahia grass is not difficult to grow, but you might need patience for this slow-growing grass. Whereas some grass species, like Bermuda grass, can take 1 to 2 weeks to germinate, Bahia grass can take two or three times as long, making it seem like it won’t grow. But again, once your Bahia grass is established, it requires little maintenance. Its deep root system makes it a very durable grass that can bounce back after freezes and droughts.

This will give the ground ample time to absorb the nutrients from the sand, topsoil, and compost, and help facilitate growth before you trim the existing grass. It’s also best to water the lawn frequently in the week or so after you top dress and before you mow.
