Roof was installed very quickly. During removal of the existing roofing shingles, a large section of glass on our Pella patio glass door was damaged. There are two to three foot long scratches etched into the glass. The owner, Shayne, agreed to have a Pella authorized repair person replace the glass at his company's expense. We have followed up on numerous occasions over the phone and in person, but the glass has not been repaired.

We found them, as they were looking around for houses in our area with hurricane damage. Mr. Shayne Sommers is the owner of the company. Trevor was the salesman and he was very knowledgeable. We also had another company come out to have a look at our roof after hurricane, but everything was fine. Then Trevor came and I was showing him the things that were not fine. They also worked with our insurance company and took whatever the insurance company said that they would pay for the repair of the roof. That's why we didn't spend anything.

They were not on any list but we did find them on the Better Business Bureau. They did have a positive report there. We had someone else come through but our entire neighborhood was trying to get them, and so we got them too. I just went and checked them and ended up going with them. They said that the work would be done in one day and they finished it that day, but they didn?t clean up after themselves. It was not clean as I had expected it to be. I contacted them and they came and took care of that. They were very responsive. The job was paid for by the insurance.
