ONE CALL LAWN CARE

Fine. Informative and talked me out of an expensive slit seeding and said try it for a year under their program and will see if we need to do seeding next fall.

I've been using One Call for over a year to weed & feed our yard. Our lawn looks good, and the amount of dandelions and crabgrass is significantly reduced compared to when we moved in.

We pay for an annual service of start up and shut down. I haven't priced anyone else. We have used them from the start and we have never looked at anyone else. They are personable. They are very friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I have had wonderful experiences with them. They explain what they are doing. We have been using them for over 10 years.

Hired for seasonal lawn treatments. I have only had one treatment so far, so not able to comment on the quality as of yet. The quoted price was very competitive with others, and they came out to start services very quickly after hired.

They are good.

I have not been satisfied with the quality of their work, even after two years of using them. We would like to try another service provider. We would not use them again.

I have had One Call fertilizing my lawn for several years. They send me a bill every year with a discounted price if I pay up front which is about $40 per application.  I couldn't fertilize my lawn on my own for what they charge? Good price and service..  They do 6 applications of  through out the year. Starting in March they apply a crabgrass preventative and fertilizer then several weed and feeds, and the last being a application in November to help the grass through the winter.  I have bean happy with their service and have recommended them to my neighbors.

 Supposed to provide lawn service, fertilized/weed control.   Had on going weed problem so I believe they never did the treatments, just charged me for them.  Cancelled them in September 2012.  New service immediately found grubs which is the reason I had big brown spots of dead grass along with lots of weeds throuoh my lawn.  Would never recommend them.  They were also rude when asked about the weeds. 

I am very happy with them. He is quiet, quick and conscientious. The guy came out and it took him about 20 minutes to perform the service. I think it is a one-guy company. He showed up when he said he would. I have already recommended him to a friend. He is very easy to deal with. I have been using him for about two years. I have no issues with him.

Went really well. Excellent . Didn't know they were even there. Really Friendly, really nice people. Have already told their friends about them.

They come out for me about once a month. It is about 6-7 treatments that they do for me in a year. They are honest and I have been using them for about 2 years. They also call me the night before they come out to let me know they are coming, since I am not on a schedule.

The company has been easy to work with and has taken care of my lawn for least 3 years.  I have found no issues with the service. I appreciate the ten percent discount each year if you sign up for pre pay.

This was excellent service at a great price. These folks treat my lawn on a regular basis and have always been professional, fair, and very service minded. I called them to ask for referral to mulch our yard and repair some ground where the grass had died off last year. Their quote beat everyone and based on my previous experience with ONE CALL, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the work that they completed. The only reason I gave them a "B" grade on responsiveness & punctuality may well not even be there own fault. There was almost a 10 to 14 day delay mostly due weather delays affecting their work schedules but we will most definitely use their services again.

First treatment has been completed. Thus far, they have been reliable and courteous. I will update as the year goes on.

We've been using them for years.  They offer you a discount if you pay upfront and the price depends on the size of the property and the kind of treatment.  A lot of companies will buy all the chemicals in the beginning of the season but this company does it depending on the weather.  They don't buy all the chemicals in bulk; depending upon the condition of the weather it may change chemicals year to year.  They told us year ago that they tried to use organic but they have experienced that organic products are not that good so they eliminated that from their experience.  They are on top on trying to get your lawn to react on a particular season from year to year. 

I've been with One Call Lawn Care for several years and they are top notch. Beats the heck out of Scotts and "Tru Green Poison Your Lawn."  This business is local, smaller and more customer friendly. That is plus for me.
They are very responsive with any questions or concerns and always leave notes on what they put down on my yard and any recommendations or advice for the lawn.
If you are tired of dealing with fertilizer and grub control apps, etc., give One Call Lawn Care, one call.

Calls day before he come and does show up

Continued to have weeds all summer long and when I had a conversation with the young man doing the work he was very disrespectful telling me that too many customers to come back and check my lawn for weeds.  Had some areas within my lawn that were bad from last summers heat that needed special attention.  Received none.  After aeration and over seeding was complete while I was not home, I saw minimal grass seed on my lawn and found that most areas were not aerated.  Called and was told that It takes 6-8 weeks for grass seed to work (it has been 2 weeks already) and that it was so small that I would not see it on my lawn, invisible, I guess.  They were not at all concerned with coming out to check or making things right so I told them that I do not do business with companies like this.  Cancelled my service.  Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I chose them because they were affordable at $44.50 per treatment, and had 8 treatments in their program. They also gave a discount for pre-paying. I made the mistake of recommending them to my parents to use as well. Well, this summer we both fired them because we were unhappy with the service. I had positive interactions with them as far as quoting and punctual service went, but the products they use seem to be sub-par, as many other reviewers said. This summer even after constant watering and occasion rain, my lawn was just as brown as during the drought last year. I told them and they came to do extra applications (on both our lawns) to green it up. However, it never worked and looked bad. I had bare spots, some weeds, dandelions for the first time ever, so I had had enough. I decided to do it myself from now on, and after 2 applications of the Sc0tt's program my lawn is greener than ever and looks great, which makes me think their products were to blame. Last summer they did reseed my lawn and did an OK job, but missed many corners and edges that are now bare spots. Also, when I overseeded some areas with Vigaro, the areas I seeded were much greener and retained water better, leaving me to believe they used cheap seed too (even though they charged almost $400 for the service). Would've ever hire again.
