Dublin Irrigation

Had a sprinkler system put in 3 years ago by Jim Morrow at my brand new built house. From day one the yard has continuously flooded, and he made many promises that he would be coming back to correct and fix/finish the job. Here we are 3 years later and I am still calling and texting with no replies. My property has been so flooded time and time again that it has caused my basement to flood repeatedly, which has now cost me 2 sump pumps due to them running on overdrive. It has caused my neighbors and myself strife because their side yard is always flooded as well. It has cost me having to get my property fogged for mosquitos and bugs because of standing swampy water. And it has cost me hundreds of dollars of vet bills because my dogs go out and drink this stagnant muddy water out of the many pits and puddles there are. At this point I am at my wits end and will be looking into legal counsel because this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Jim Morrow of Dublin irrigation is an absolute crook in my eyes and seems from other reviews is a repeat offender. Avoid this company at all costs!

I would use them for start up, shut down, and repair. The range in prices went from $60 to $120 depending on if repairs were needed. With their responsiveness this year, I decided to switch companies.

In the end we don't have a complaint. However they didn't have enough people working on the job, just one guy. So it took over a week to get done.

The Dublin representative was extremely efficient and polite and showed us the changes that he had made. The work was done on a Sunday since they are working 7 days a week. Overall we are extremely pleased. We have used them for years beginning with them installing our system and have always been completely satisfied.

THE PRICE IS COMPETITIVE, BUT, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. INITIALLY THEY WERE GOOD IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. HOWEVER, AS TIME PASSED ON, THE SERVICE BECAME HORRIBLE AT BEST. VERY SLOW TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. MANY MISSED APPOINTMENTS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT HIRE THESE GUYS AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COST.

SLOW TO RETURN INITIAL CALL. COMPETITIVE PRICING. REASONABLE WORKMANSHIP, ALTHOUGH I FOUND TWO LEAKS AND HAD TO PRESS TO HAVE THEM FIXED. OVERALL NOT IMPRESSED, BUT SATISFIED SO FAR.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT. HE CAME IN AND TOLD ME WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO AND GAVE US ONE OF THE BEST QUOTES WE GOT. THEY CAME IN AND INSTALLED THE SYSTEM OVER THE WEEKEND AND IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING SERVICE PERSON COULDNT COMMUNICATE WITH ME. WORKER STOOD IN FRONT OF GAS HEATING UNIT WITH A BLOW TORCH. ABANDONED US AFTER CUTTING UNDERGROUND CABLES WITHOUT HELPING US AFFECT REPAIRS. WONT RETURN OUR PHONECALLS, WARRANTY IS VAGUE, PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WE SPECIFIED NOT REFLECTED IN CONTRACT. SINCE THE PLACEMENT OF THIS SYSTEM, WE HAVE HAD DIFFICULTY WITH LAWN CARE WORK, DUE TO THE SHALLOW DEPTH PLACEMENT OF THE WATER LINES/PIPES.

VERY BAD WORK. DIDNT RETURN PHONE CALLS.

HAVE LEFT WEEKLY MESSAGES AND AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. THEY PUT OUR SYSTEM IN LAST YEAR. I NEVER HAVE HEARD FROM THEM, AND I NOW USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
