Not well. I was assured by Jim that it wouldn't be necessary for me to be home during the install as I couldn't miss time from work. Worst decision ever. Came home after first day of install to find 8+ chunks missing from my wooden deck due to worker dragging old furnace down the stairs of my deck. Also the interior closet wall leading to the crawlspace where the furnace is was damaged (paint/drywall scraped off). My quote included removal of H2O in order to make it easier for access to the crawlspace. This didn't happen obviously. I was offered a discount for the damage but told by the owner that I actually got a "better" furnace than what I was supposed to have (due to no fault of mine). I signed the bill on 8/19/2018 at which time Jim forgot the receipt & indicated he have to mail it to me. It is now 8 days later and no receipt. Spent the following weekend repairing the damage to my house.

Process started out with Jim B coming and measuring all the rooms in house. Then we sat and talked for at least an hour, discussing all the possible scenarios, and options. I got 2 other estimates after Shagovac, one was more, one was less. I decided to go with Shagovac and Carrier after much research and thought. Now the job is done, and I think O made a great choice ! My installer was Joel with Carl assisting. Two super nice guys, the kind of guys you can just tell are trustworthy. They spent just a couple of hours less than 3 full days on my house. I didn't look over their shoulders, but I did inspect everything they did, and asked alot of questions. Joel was fantastic, he advised me of everything he was doing. When there were options, like where to locate intake/exhaust pipe, we discussed it and he tried to satisfy every one of my wishes. Carl was new to the job, and here to learn as much as anything, but what a super nice guy, a real worker. Now I can't give testimony as to the long term viability of the carrier system as it's 1 day old, but I can absolutely state categorically that Joel, Carl and Jim did one helluva a good job for me. They addressed every single issue clearly and thouroughly. I'm a real stickler when it comes to my house, but these guys did EVERYTHING first class.

They show up on time and knows what needs to be done. They communicate well.

The price was pretty comparable to anybody else. They show up on time, know what needs to be done and communicates well when they need to.

I called in the morning and was told they would have someone at the house at 3 p.m. the same day. He arrived promptly at 3, examined the system, and quickly corrected the problem. The technician was pleasant and very professional. I have no complaints.

It went very well, they were quick and efficient.  All my questions were answered and the finished job looks really good.  They showed up on time, were professional and very good at calming me down.  This was my first big purchase and I couldn't be happier.  They also told me about a program through the gas company to get some additional discounts.  I would give them an A+ if that was an option.

Work was done quickly and efficiently.  The repairmen were there on time and cleaned up after the installation.
