SELLERS CONCRETE

Removed portion of existing concrete drive, sidewalks and porch. Replaced portions of drive, sidewalks, porch and new patio. Contractor cleaned up daily (see comment below), worked fast, maybe too fast. Sidewalks were not finished well, have several suface defects (1/4+ inch deep) likely due to not floating all air bubles out. Porch also cracked with 9 inch defect. Another sidewalk cracked clean though, did not provide expansion joint where concrete surrounded PVC downspout. Concrete sealer was a waste of time, poorly applied and ineffective product, left sploches where sealer was not applied to concrete. They used a tank spayer to apply a latex based sealer, should have rolled the sealer onto surface for even and consistent application. Advise not to use them for sealer, buy commercial sealer (siloxane based) and do it yourself. Contractor agreed to remove all debris at the end of the job. Claimed to have issues with equipment preventing cleanup. Contacted contractor several times over more than two week period regarding hauling debris away, contractor never completed cleanup, did not even pickup his barricade. Had to hire another person to haul debris away. This was clearly a case of getting what you paid for. I should have used the next higher priced contractor.
