I had used Scott Sturtevant to clean my gutters several times in the past under the name Absolute Improvements. It was late in the year when I called but was assured there wouldn't be a problem so I left a check on the door the day the work was scheduled. I came home and the check was gone but no work done. Scott said the gutters were too frozen to clear but would be back later in the week because the forecast was warm. The weather was unseasonable warm with many options and reschedules for the work, but no show. My check was cashed but repeated attempts to have my money returned have been ignored. I finally had to pay twice as much for another company to complete the work.
