I bought my Toyota from them in 2010 and have gone to them on a regular basis. They try to sell you more service than you need. I made an appointment for an oil change and sent my daughter in with the car and they tried to push something else on her. I had a problem with my low tire indicator and they couldn't fix it. I took it to someplace else and they fixed it and I haven't had a problem with it since. They're polite and professional and their appointments are on a timely basis. But they overcharge for services and try to sell you more than you need. I told them already that this is my first Toyota from them and it's going to be my last. I have to use them because it's a hybrid.

I chose them because of their price. I had a chance to look around and test drive. I had to have a smartphone to access certain features. The phone interfaces with the car. I can make a phone call through the call, basically. There's a button the steering wheel that I can press to make a call by voice. I also have navigation on it. I love it. I have some issues or annoyances with it.

They told me it would be about two hours, and I took a book and read while I waited. The waiting room was pleasant and comfortable and they provided coffee, computer hook ups, cookies,etc. They did the repair within the time limit that they gave me. The salesmen and mechanics were polite and efficient. The work was done, and I haven't had any problem with it since.
I would recommend this car dealership to friends.

Great experience. Tahl, the Salesman was extremely knowlegeable about leasing and showed me calculations to help me understand. He did not push but allowed me to make my mind up once he explained all my options. The sales manager, Ben, Ordered my exact car for me and it came in configured exactly as described. They were NOT like other dealers. They were upfront and honest with everything and gave us the best deal we have ever gotten on a new car. Trust them. A+++

very goodno presure to buy

very professionally done. Estimate given up front, was accurate within a few dollars. Work was done as stated, well in advance of time promised, car was delivered to my office in excellent condition. I have used Premier since buying this car and wouldn't go anywhere else.

They are good. It was under $50 for the last service. The oil change was free because it's a new car, but I had to pay for the tire rotation. They have excellent customer service. They e-mail and ask you how their service was. They are always following up and they do well. If there is ever a problem, they handle it.

They have been great to work with. They are very concerned with keeping things right. I get a car wash with an oil change. I know that they bend over backwards when I am not satisfied with their service. They do what it takes to keep their customers happy. They are always very pleasant and accommodating. They send email reminders for getting my oil changed.

I brought a new car and it is still under warranty, so I used Premier Toyota Scion's service. It was all covered under warranty. They did a free car wash and vacuum cleaned the interiors. When I went last time, there was quite a delay. They found my car had a leaky water pump and they fixed it. I am glad that it was still under warranty. Usually an oil change takes like twenty minutes to an hour, but they took like two and half hours, but I am happy that they fixed the problem that I was not aware off. They have done some stuff for me before. I had them quoted for me on tires and alloy wheel. I was not serious about getting it done. I feel their prices are little bit high. Their quality is really good. I would probably use their service in the future.

I had just bought the car in may so the first oil change came with the purchase. They are very polite, quick to greet you in the service department. We go there once a week to get the car washed for free. They make sure it doesn't take longer than it has to.
