Everything went really well. They took care of everything exactly according to the plan we laid out. The workers were prompt, considerate, personable, and efficient. We couldn't be happier. Rusty never took any money upfront. We just paid when they were finished. The only issue we had was that Rusty was not as responsive to phone messages and texts as we would've liked, but it all worked-out very well. I've recommended Rusty to others.

all went well; we have since had them return to re-seal the patio and steps so it brought out the color that had faded over 5 years; pricing was very reasonable to have them come back; they moved the patio furniture and cleaned up after themselves

Nagy Concrete worked with us and the designer to explain the entire process. The designer, Kevin O'Brien, laid out the entire patio, a series of three connected by a winding walkway. This way, we could entertain and everyone wouldn't be bumping elbows.

I called Rusty for an estimate (he was recommended by a friend who works in the concrete business). Rusty showed up promptly, but unfortunately I never received the written estimate he sent me. I waited a month, and then left a message. Rusty didn't return my call, but did send me another estimate. Once I received that estimate, and confirmed that I wanted him to do the job, everything went smoothly. Rusty and his crew showed up promptly on the day they scheduled to begin the job. All his crew were friendly, and their work was very efficient as well as neat. I was here when the city inspector came to do the inspection, and she verified that my driveway had an excellent base/foundation. She also appreciated the nice curve/form they had for my circular drive. I watched the crew pour much of the driveway, and they worked efficiently and effectively. I love my new driveway, and am impressed by the curve/form they did obtain. I'm very satisfied with my choice to go with this company.
