David Pesarchick Building and Remodeling

I can't say enough great things about Dave and everyone who worked for him on our basement. We did a complete finish of our large basement--1500+ square feet, including a family room, study/craft area, reading room with custom shelving, kitchenette, full bathroom, egress window, and more. Dave provided expert guidance and craftmanship. We simply couldn't be happier with how it turned out and would recommend Dave unconditionally. Beyond doing great work, he is VERY responsive and reliable and does what he says he's going to do.

David was great. I reached out to several people initially and heard back from him almost immediately, and this was indicative of his responsiveness throughout the whole process. I spoke to two clients who gave him glowing references. He understood and worked within our budget constraints, and gave us two quotes based on differing scopes of work so we could figure out what was the best fit for us.
We were out of town while most of the work was being done, and David stayed in touch to let us know how things were going and made sure everything was clean and ship-shape when we got home.
Among other things, he enlarged and improved the two existing access panels for our plumbing. We hadn't realized that one of these access panels was through the pantry in our kitchen, so we hadn't emptied it, meaning David had to do it. He did a great job of keeping everything organized and tidy.
We couldn't be happier with David's work. We have other projects to do in the future and are looking forward to working with him again.
