Very well. He was polite and professional. In addition to the inspection he recommended a way to get my humidifier working. I have hard water in Berea and it always clogged the humidifier lines. He fixed it and my humidifier works.

I called Chris for work at my home to make sure my old April Aire system was functioning, as well as work on furnace at my mother’s house and install a new April Aire system in her home. Initially response was good, Chris was punctual and work was performed as requested & needed. But, the new system added at my mother’s home, they didn’t adequately install, lacking insulation around the pipes used to drain from the April Aire system, causing it to freeze during cold temps. Chris came when called due to noises coming from the furnace room & disconnected the system. He hasn’t been back since despite at least 3-4 phone calls & a promise to return when weather normalized a bit, as this was in mid January and we’re now near end of March and no sign of returning to complete the work as needed. Totally unprofessional & even though we haven’t been billed for the unit that wasn’t properly installed, now I have to expend more of my time to find another contractor to finish his work & my mother hasn’t had benefits from humidifier during winter months, which was the intent & need to begin with

The project went extremely well. After soliciting quotes from five other vendors Buzzard came in with a very competitive quote. Not only that, in dealing with a very challenging situation, his solution for its implementation resulted in an excellent system. His workmanship was outstanding, very efficient and timely in execution,his approach to the ducting systems could even be considered to be elegant. What sealed the deal was that he was recommended by someone who I have known and trusted for years who has been his go to HVAC contractor for literally decades. I couldn't be more pleased.

Our furnace is almost 30 years old and I was preparing myself for the worst - a new furnace. Kris not only fixed my problem but examined it and reassured me to keep it rather than replace it. Very good news.

I had called another provider the day before and I felt that the price they were quoting me for parts was way too high at 600-700 dollars. I then called Buzzard Heating and he replaced the Lennox damper door motor and he total bill was $150. He was very prompt and explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. We'd never had any business dealings with this company before, but when we woke up to a freezing house I got his number on this website. He was rated well, so I called at 6am. He got back to us really fast and was at our home soon after. Very friendly, helpful man. He ran a got a new part for our furnace and in no time we were warm again. His bill was reasonable, all around good business deal. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

Christopher of Buzzard Heating and Air Conditioning LLC started his own thing after theh place where he used to work closed shop. He is very good, extremely friendly, customer service in mind, he knows his equipment and I give him good scores. The guy is really good and I have no problems with him. He is also reasonable.

After being told we needed a new motor for our 12 yr. old furnace by another company (who quoted us $500), I was directed to call Kris by a co-worker. He said that our motor was just fine and it was this cage part that was making all the noise. He came out on a Saturday to see what the trouble was and then came back on Monday with the part. He is absolutely the NICEST guy you will ever meet. I am so grateful to have found him. Since the first job, he's been back to fix the igniter on our gas fireplace. His prices are extremely reasonable, he is as honest as they come. I would give Kris my HIGHEST recommendation. He's terrific!!

Kris Buzzard is the ultimate professional. He arrived when he said he would, took special care to cover floors and wear coverings over his shoes, and completed the job on schedule as promised. The old systems were removed and he left our home just the way he found it. Absolutely no clean up was necessary. He reviewed, explained and demonstated the new equipment and even submitted the warranty information on our behalf. We couldn't have been more pleased.

He was prepared as he came into the house with the filter. He was prompt and came exactly when he said he was going to be here.
