Airclaws Heating and Cooling

Beautifully. Airclaws removed our old system and installed a new heat pump and a gas furnace as a secondary back in a hybrid configuration. The work was neat, clean, efficient and profrssional. We are very satisfied with our new equipment. The thermostat is digital wifi touch screen. Very nice. The filter used is also very sophisticated. They mated the new furnace and coil to the existing duct work perfectly. I can only say good things about Airclaws. Now the equipment has to perform which I am confident it will.

It went very well and I am very pleased. Rather than try to provide an inexpensive fix that did not address/repair the problem (as the first local contractor did), they were honest about what was wrong with the system and what needed to be addressed. The issue was finally remediated and I went on their service plan. Since they fixed my system, it has worked very well and my electric bill has been reduced as the system is working efficiently. The service is excellent, they are on-time and will accommodate your schedule. I will continue to use that company as my HVAC contractor and would highly recommmend them.

After some confusion due to the fact that Airclaws was hired by my realtor without my permission, they did an outstanding job. I spoke directly with the owner and she resolved my concerns about the work and the price. She also sent a workman out to complete the work after my closing and did not charge me. This is the best HVAC company I have ever done business with. I would recommend them without reservation.

The company was very quick to respond to my call, in fact they were here the next day. The humidity and heat were way up and my system frozen. A gentleman showed up to check my unit. I told him it had been and quot;topped offand quot; in June with freon and was afraid it may be leaking. He looked over my unit, checked the coils and filter said all were clean so I must have a leak and recommended a new unit. A few days later two salespeople came to discuss my options. Prices were not outrageous and they seemed quite knowledgable. Everyone I spoke to throughout my dealings with the company were professional and very friendly. Now the downside. I called a different company to get another opinion. This company actually measured the freon levels which he showed were not low. There was a problem with my filter. After some recent home renovations it was apparently full of drywall dust etc. instead of an $8000 unit I replaced a $30 filter and it has been running smooth ever since. Thus it makes me nervous the company is more interested in selling than fixing units.
