They were very efficient and did a nice job, particularly on the exterior. We had some woodpeckers that had damaged some of the exterior, and they were able to fix that during the painting job. Mr. Wynn himself was fantastic, but some of the technicians took alot of smoke breaks, but overall, the experience was good.

They did a good job. They didn't communicate or respond very well. The technicians were professional and courteous. However, I referred them to a friend, and they didn't do a good job for her.

The experience has been good overall. The work hasn't been fully completed becuase of the weather, but so far we've been satisfied with them. The only work that needs to be done is the painting of the new columns.

I was happy with their work. They showed up when they said they would and everything was done in a timely manner. Everything was left the way they found it. They are a little pricey. I got an estimate from them to paint the exterior of my home and they wanted thousands of dollars more. I think they are overpriced and you can get the same quality of work for less.

Within a week of the initial call, we had an estimate and a paint crew at our home. It took the crew of 3, two days to complete the work, which is what we were quoted. The crew members were professional, polite, and friendly. The rooms look great!

I liked the guy Damon and I liked his admin staff. But the painters did a poor job and even painted the wrong room. Damon came to the house several times in an honest effort to make amends. He even discounted the final bill. However, I just can't say that it was a good experience. Don't ask for a quick turnaround. That's my personal learning. Allow them/anyone to take the time and do it correctly. Don't pay until all work is 100% to satisfaction. I'm probably at 90% satisfaction after repeated follow ups from his "A" team.

Weather conditions created some difficulty, but Damon was able to work around them. I thought I had value for what I paid for and I would hire them again. Damon was a good guy to work with. He's very professional, customer-oriented, and personable.

Bait and Switch the whole way. Started with 6 painters, ended up with only 1 on some days. Came in at a low estimate, ended up higher than the highest estimate. Estimator was not accurate in reviewing the job, assumed all latex paint when trim was oil. When bills were contested, owner blamed the client (ME) for not knowing it would need two coats. Painting skills of subcontractors were very good, however I had to be very, very clear about how I expected furniture and floors to be protected and watch them about it at all times. When my husband called to address some of the issues, the owner laid all the blame on me. We paid the bill in full but I would not use them in the future.

DAMON WAS SO ACCOMMODATING. HE TOOK MY JOB AND STARTED IT THE VERY NEXT DAY. I HAD A SHORT TIME FRAME TO WORK WITH AND HE COMPLETED WHAT I NEEDED DONE JUST IN TIME. HE GAVE ME A COST ESTIMATE ON THE SPOT BEFORE I HIRED HIM AND HE ALSO GAVE ME A DETAILED BILL WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED. I REALLY APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY. HE ALSO HELP ME PICK GREAT COLORS AND EVEN ENCOURAGED ME TO PAINT MY KITCHEN "CAJUN RED". I REALLY LIKE HOW ALL THE ROOMS TURNED OUT AND ESPECIALLY THE KITCHEN. HE AND HIS CREW WORKED SO HARD ON GETTING IT TO LOOK JUST RIGHT. HE ALSO SENT ME TO A FRIEND OF HIS THAT OWNS A PAINT STORE. I NEEDED TO BUY SOME PAINT ON MY OWN AND HIS FRIEND GAVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE COST JUST BECAUSE I KNEW HIM.
