We recently upgraded our television and called Sound Advice to have them come out and reprogram our MX-880. It has now been a month since I called the owner's cell, office, and sent texts and I cannot get anyone at the company to call me back. They are proving to be HIGHLY unreliable and claim it is because of too much business. I understand being busy but being too busy to even return a call or text is unsat. Do not give these guys any business. There is plenty of competition in the city.
