I ordered a very ornate desk and when it came, one of the corners was badly damaged. I negotiated with the seller for a partial refund and hired professional service to fix it. It was an amazing reconstruction and it looks flawless. The desk looks as good as new. They were punctual, informative, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to others.

My 14 year old kitchen cabinets were fading around the handles and from sun exposure. Professional Furniture Services sent out 2 guys who came in with a kit, mixed color to match the cabinets and touched them up. Cabinets look great! The other alternative would have been to strip and refinish the cabinets which would have been very costly. I highly recommend the company!

It went great. The turn around time was quick and the work was outstanding. It is impossible to tell that anything was ever wrong with the chair. And to top it all off, they are very pleasant people with whom to work.

This company came to repair antique furniture that was damaged by movers (see review for Leaders Moving). Initially we had a bit of difficulty scheduling a time for them to come to my home, but when wee were able to find a time for them to come out they did a superb job! I had several antique pieces damaged by movers, one severely. The gentleman that arrived ( I don't remember his name), showed up on time (always a good sign!), quickly assessed what needed to be done and got to work. My antique washstand mirror & towel rack was broken in two pieces and when he was done I couldn't tell where the break was even though I watched him repair it. There was a large chip off of the leg of my mother's dresser and again he repaired it so well I couldn't tell it was ever damaged and my schoolhouse desk was the same. The repairman was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I would definitely use them again. The $100 was the deductible I agreed to pay when the movers showed up, (I would never do that again!!) so I don't know exactly how much these repairs would have cost.

You can not even see the repair.  They were on time, friendly, professional and clearly very very good at repair.  Just amazing.  Looking around for some other projects they might do for me.  This particular job was a warranty repair.
