+ -1 moreEverything is fine. Their machines are of good quality. It is a little different than a lot of other places. They carry high-end machines. I do not know how to grade them on responsiveness because I used them about three years ago. I burn-out a sewing machine every seven to eight years. I would use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreHe was absolutely awful. He gauged his prices. He sold me a machine, then they did not have it in the store to give it to me. I don't like being told that I have to by the designs from him. He said that if I don't buy the designs from that manufacturer, which he carried, he did have to repair the machine. They did all they could to sell me things that I did not need. They were extremely dishonest. I will never step foot into the store again.
Description of Work: I went to his store and he sold me embroidery machine.
