I emailed Jay (as I have done for years) to order firewood . He stated he would get it set up and let me know day and time. I was working and received a call from Jay stating he had some wood loaded and ready for another customer that had cancelled and thought maybe he could drop it off to me instead. Wonderful service!! Jay impresses me every year with his service level and honesty. I HIGHLY recommend!

Jay is the ULTIMATE professional. I have used him repeatedly over the years. EXCELLENT Product! EXCELLENT Service! I recommend as highly as possible! This year I asked Jay if he wouldn't mind stacking the wood for me. In the past, I asked him to just dump the wood and I would stack. This year I thought I would change it up. Jay said he would without a complaint or fuss! I will continue using Jay's services year after year. He is THE ONLY person I recommend when asked.

He is a very pleasant man. He was very punctual and he and his assistant stacked the wood just as I requested. They were clean and efficient with the stacking. He has very competitive pricing.

Called before arrival.  It was fairly late, 9PM but was no problem.   The wood was dry and sufficiently seasoned so it burned very easily.  It was fairly light wood so it did burn faster than the trees that I have in my woods such as cherry.   So we went through it fairly quickly.   I was pleased with the overall service, and felt it was a very fair deal.   Will likely order again this winter.

Pleased with overall experience - Jay arrived as promised and professionally stacked the wood within my garage.  He and his assistant cleaned up all remaining wood debris and will use again in the future.

Half of the wood was damp and because of this took a lot of time and wood to start fire. The dampness also caused frost to develope on wood. We received half a cord and by January it was gone because it took so much wood to keep fire going due to dampness.

He was quite busy with deliveries but he went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver the firewood for Thanksgiving.

I used them, Jay Bunyan LLC. It was just a one time experience. It was prompt and they staked the firewood. Everything was okay. No complaints about the professionalism. It was the best deal I found. The quality of the work was fine, still the firewood might need to be seasoned a little more.

Jay and his assistant were professional, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They stacked the wood exactly where I wanted it and it looked SO much better than when I used to stack it myself! The wood is split into uniform and nicely sized pieces. The wood is also well seasoned and clean. I highly recommend Jay "Bunyan" Berry!

Jay was very professional. the wood was delivered on time. The face cord was generous, and the wood was well seasoned, clean and dry. It burns very well. I chose not to pay extra to have it stacked (my woodpile was too far form the driveway for stacking to be free), so he dumped it on the driveway. There was very little debris left after I moved the wood.

His price seems to be within the market and the quality was very good.

We found Jay on Angie's list, and left him a message. He promptly called us back, and we discussed our needs We landed on the fact our need was for a 1/2 cord, and he gave me an idea of when he would be available. I gave him a and quot;Band quot; for punctuality, because he actually showed up a little early, which was really no big deal. He delivered the wood, and put it exactly where I asked him to so I could stack it myself. We will use his services again.

He arrived on time. I asked him to stack the wood in 2 different areas and then I left for an appointment. When I returned, I was surprised at how much wood a half cord was. It was neatly stacked exactly as I asked him to do and there was no sign he had ever been there. There were no scraps left anywhere.

This was one of the MOST PLEASANT experiences! I had been purchasing firewood for years from a certain individual and told that I was receiving a full cord of wood. So thank fate, the person that had delivered could no longer deliver so I contacted Jay. He promptly delivered and informed my wife that due to a previous delivery he had loaded only a half cord by mistake and would make a special trip to correct it if I so desired. When I stacked the wood he had dumped (as I had requested), I found that I had been lied to for many many years, told I was receiving a full cord, when I was in fact receiving a half cord! Jay had been honest and said he had only delivered a half cord. A TRULY HONEST MAN!! The firewood is uniformly cut, easy to stack and seasoned accordingly. I am VERY, VERY happy in ALL areas!! A wonderful product, great service and HONESTY!! What else could one want?

Jay arrived when he said he would and quickly delivered and stacked the firewood. I will be callig him again when I need more.
