IANNELLI'S GUTTER TOPPER

At the time we purchased the gutter toppers. We were told that if we ever had to replace the roof, simply call them and they would come and take the gutter topper off and put them back on. This MUST be done to keep the warranty valid. We recently had storm damage and must replace the roof. First of all, we called them 4 times and never received a return call. The roofer called them to get a price to replace the sections of gutter topper that were damaged. They would not give him a price and told him it would be 18.00 a foot to remove and replace the toppers! That would cost more than the original price we paid for the product and installation 3 years ago. We have chosen to let our roofer do the toppers and forget about Ianelli's warranty which is a joke. Have no desire to do further business with them. We personally have still never gotten a return call from them one month after the damage was done.

Gutter guards do not work as advertised. Perhaps they work if you have no trees at all but our guards clog constantly with leaves and pine needles. The Ianelli solution is to have the home owner aim a high pressure stream of water from a hose to dislodge the debris. This doesn't work well and forces water under the roof shingles. One section of gutter guard doesn't have the holes it is supposed to have to let water flow in. We've called several times to have someone come out so we can point out the problem area but are never notified when a representative will arrive so have never been able to show it to anyone at Ianelli. They just leave a note saying that our gutters and guards need to be cleaned. The gutters overflow every time it rains more than a sprinkle and the overflow has stained the roof of the bay windows and eroded the flower beds. We have to have the guards and downspouts cleaned once or twice a year in order for them to work at all.

A straight forward job that was done in a straight forward manner.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

STEVE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL. HE PROVIDED FOLDER, VIDEO, AND INFO, ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, NO PRESSURE, AND WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. LIFETIME WARRANTY.

IT TOOK THEM A COUPLE EXTRA WEEKS TO FINISH THE JOB, BUT OVERALL THEY WERE GOOD TO WORK WITH. PRICE WAS AT LEAST 25 PERCENT LESS THAN MY OTHER ESTIMATES. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

THE ROOFING JOB WAS FINE, BUT THE CLEAN UP WAS POOR (THEY BENT A GUTTER). THEY LEFT TAR MARKS ON THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE THAT THEY DIDNT CLEAN UP LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THE ONLY REAL PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME WHEN THEY WERE DOING THE WORK & WHEN THEY WERE DONE, WHICH I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED.

QUALITY OF GUTTER FAR SUPERIOR THAN COMPETITOR`S PRICE. DID NOT COME ON DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, BUT THEY SAID PHONES WERE DOWN AND DECREASED PRICE BY FEW HUNDRED AS COMPENSATION.

TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS TO DO A 2 WEEK JOB AND THEN ANOTHER 4 MONTHS TO MAKE CORRECTIONS TO INSTALLATION. DIDNT INSTALL PRODUCT AS SPECIFIED, BUT DID DISCOUNT PRICE.

THEY BROKE SOMETHING AND I HAD TO BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION; DID NICE JOB, WOULD PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN. VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THINGS

EXCELLENT, SUCH A JOY TO FIND SOMEONE THAT YOU CAN WORK WITH. WOULD RECOMMEND
