Very disappointed in the workmanship. Stones that were to be left on site were removed, I have no idea where they went. Several garden objects were moved and ruined when they were placed on the ground. Found cigarette butts on the ground. Dismissive of concerns that work done did not correct the problems. No regard for my personal property. Would not recommend.

Very pleased with the project. Zak was the point person, good with communication, timely and honest. Work was high quality and as expected. Chris the horticulturalist was amazing at helping is pick our plants and locations. The new patio is a great upgrade to the house. Will hire again without hesitation. Total project >$30,000, price was very fair for the work.

Great. Karen was the foreperson of the crew we had, and she was a pleasure to work with. She, and her crew, worked hard for 2.5 days, and we were very pleased with the results. We would definitely use them again. We have a large yard with many mulch beds. We also had a lot of overgrown plants which need to be pruned. In addition, we had some plants removed, a couple transplanted, and we also had a couple of new bushes and an ornamental tree installed. We also enjoyed working with Zachary and Chris, both of whom were involved with the planning and estimating.

We have used Zack's service for several years. He maintains all of our flower beds and landscaping. He is prompt, professional and does an excellent job. They recently rebuilt part of a stone wall and will be returning to do more work for us. It has been an ongoing relationship that I am thoroughly satisfied with. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

They just do a great job and they will work with you if there is any kind of a problem. This winter they have done a great job getting the snow cleared off.

Amazing quality -- great cut, edging and clean up. Always looks picture perfect - beds and all.

I am pretty satisfied; we liked the way it looked and they were willing to take our design specifications into account. It took a little bit of extra time to get it done and we have had some plants die. They could have improved a little on the pace and timeliness of their work. We also had some trouble with some of their subs.

I chose Zack and Creative Landscaping after viewing their information on Facebook and meeting Zack at our home. We set up a design meeting with their designer Diane, and we really liked what she planned for the property. After researching all of the indicated plants, we asked for a price on the design. It was in our budget and we agreed to proceed with Creative Landscaping for the project. They started the project within two weeks and said they would be done in three days and they started and completed exactly on schedule. All of the old plantings and trees were professionally removed and disposed of. New beds were cut into the property, and all of the new plants were placed. Zack didn't like the look of three plants that they had picked out and returned those to the nursery to obtain healthier specimens for us. The employees of Creative Landscaping were professional and courteous in all of our encounters with them, always taking the time to explain what they were doing and responding to any concerns that we had. When they finished, the house looked great! It was exactly the transformation that we were expecting. We expressed to Creative Landscaping that we wanted them to take over maintenance of our property and their follow-thru has been excellent. We look forward to seeing our new landscaping bloom and grow in the spring, and we look forward with continuing to work with Creative Landscaping to maintain our new landscape design. We chose very well.

The price was comparable to everyone else, and he was a pleasant and professional person.
