We called for a price quote and Doug came out promptly. When he arrived he knocked on the door and introduced himself and gave us a card, then walked the entire perimeter of the house before giving us a quote. The price was very reasonable, so we gave him the job. They scheduled the project to meet our needs, reported on time as promised and did a great job cleaning the windows.
