I'm not going to lie, once my home warranty told me who they were going to send my claim to I searched them up on Angies List immediately. I was very fearful at first because he had a few bad reviews and I could not pin point his office location on Google. Everything seemed shady and I was unsure but I had no choice since it was either this or I pay out of pocket possibly more than my deductible which was $100. He showed up to fix my fridge. I had a whirlpool probably 10 or so years old. He replaced a relay that had blown causing no cooling to either the fridge or freezer and he tightened the copper tubing water line that was leaking. All in all after the inspection I only paid my deductible and the entire bill was $160. I actually called a local appliance repair shop to get an idea of the cost if it was a decent price. Believe it or not it was a great price, they told me they would have charged $240. He was less than professional looking I will admit but the point is, he fixed my problem and was at my house next day after claim was filed. That is what you want right? Immediate fix, good price, and the fix to stay fixed. Well its been about two months now, no issues. Thanks!!!

Rodger came out quite a few times in regards to my dishwasher.  He didn't show up a couple times and when I called there was always an excuse that a job went longer than expected.  A phone call to notify me would have been nice.  On one occasion I hadn't heard from him for 2 weeks.  I called the Home warranty company and he hadn't even ordered parts.  So they called him on 3 way calling and we finally set something up.  My dishwasher still wasn't fixed.  He then recommended a second opinion from another service provider.  I will never use this company ever again.

Roger first came over to determine why the dishwasher wasn't working.  After looking over the machine thoroughly he determined the interface panel was shorting out.  He recognized the make and model right away and gave several helpful tips on how to get it to work at peak performance.  We inherited the dishwasher when we bought the home and had troubles with getting dishes really clean and Roger had simple, cost effective solutions to improve the dishwasher performance.  He was up front with how long it would take to get the part in and called within the time frame he gave me.  It took him a very short amount of time to replace the interface and get the dishwasher working again.  I would recommend him if you want a straight forward repairman who knows his stuff.
 

I was very pleased that Roger not only cared about the quality of work but also cared enough to stay and fix the problem so that I had a functional dryer again. I definitely would recommend him to anyone needing dryer repair.

Setting up the initial appt. went well. The technician was polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. We set up an appt. for the following day between 4 PM and 7 PM to replace the igniter. At 6:40 PM the following evening they called both my home and cell phone #. I was unable to answer the phone at that time, and did not get the message until after 7 PM. I returned the call on both the cell phone and company # 3 times over the next 2 days and never contacted anyone or had anyone return my calls. I left messages each time. I have decided to move on to another repair comapny.

Dispatcher was very helpful in negotiating a time that was best for me to be home. She was very pleasant and took all of the information and confirmed the time frame that the technician would arrive. Roger called about 15 minutes before arrival. Arrived within the time frame stated. Roger was very knowledgeable and even showed me some controls that I was not using on my dishwasher. He was here about an hour and fixed both machines. Excellent service. Neat and clean. Did not get estimate but I felt the price was fair. Will definitely recommend him to others.

Great service, friendly, professional and trustworthy! Roger said my service call is good for 60 days to see if our problem returns. At this time it is still working.

I was referred to Roger from a home warranty company. I called and left a message on the answering machine shortly after 8:00 on a Saturday morning. My call was returned within about 15 minutes and I was scheduled for service between 12 and 3 the same day. Roger arrived about 12:15. He looked at the frost build-up in the freezer and said the problem was one of 3 things having to do with the defroster. He was right. He had the part on his truck. He replaced the part. He was very neat and did not make or leave a mess. He was very pleasant and professional. It was obvious that he knows what he's doing.

He was fast, neat, courteous and he listened to what I had to say about the problem I was having with the washer. I was really impressed and if I ever have any problems with my appliances, I will call this company.

This is the second time I have used choice appliance repair. My dryer went out a few weeks ago and now my refrigerator. Both times Roger was fast, efficient and did all repairs in minimal time. I would highly recommend his company.
