They did a very bad job and overcharged. They did not get the carpet very clean. They used a product called "odo ban" to sanitize it which had an extremely strong unpleasant odor. The odor was still lingering two days later when my new tenant moved  in. The windows had to be opened because it was still so strong. The tenant vacuumed up huge piles of dirt and pet hair and thought that I had not even had the carpet cleaned. I had to show him my $262 bill to prove that I did in fact have the carpets cleaned!

I have always been happy with their work. Their prices are always good. I've had really good luck with them. They also did really good with cleaning my upholstery. They do whatever has to be done, they go over the same area several times if they need to.

It went great! The couch smelled much better (though not completely perfect) when he was done and he even did a few of our stairs for free after he finished the couch and the carpet.

We have tried to use other companies, but we go back to them because they are what we perceive as the best. They are reliable and come out when they say they would. I like their reliability and the quality of their work. They are efficient and actually clean well. Their equipment is reliable and doesn?t seem to break. I have had companies that have come cheaper but where their equipment has broken in my house and it has gotten dirtier than it was to begin with. They were fairly priced for the work that they did on the five areas. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.

They were excellent. The equipment they used was state of the art and actually cleaned up the edges of the carpet as well. They did a great a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Started extremely bad and did not get any better. After taking a day off work for the scheduled cleaning, nobody showed up or called. I called them and asked what happened, they said their computer crashed, but they would give me free stain repellent. The next time somebody showed up in a well worn van and said the three areas would be four because one area was too big. He didn't know anything about the free stain prevention. After calling the office, he said the stain blocker was put into the spot cleaning solution (whatever). The guy was done quickly with the living room and was heading to the family room, so I wondered if he had moved the furniture; he said he had (I checked and he had not). Paid him almost double what was originally quoted without argument; just to get the whole experience over.

This is the 3rd time I've had Sears clean our carpets. They did an excellent job and I feel the cost was very reasonable. I will definately hire them again.

They gave us an estimated time of arrival the day before coming, and arrived on time. The carpet cleaner did a good job of getting all of the dirt and spots off the carpet. Placed plastic under the feet of the furniture.

SEARS IS A VERY PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO AND THEY HAVE A VERY FRIENDLY STAFF WHO WORKS FOR THEM. I WAS GREATLY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND THOROUGH WITH THEIR CLEANING JOB THAT THEY DO. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID ON THE CARPETS IN MY HOME.
