Cahall Bros Inc - Amelia

Got there with appt. and they basically made me personally unload the tractor with bad brakes and a steep ramp out of a pickup truck. Ramp (rusty) was tough to adjust and no help even though had an appt.. No directions either. They never should have asked Anyone to do that. Had to leave it out in the rain that nite too. They adjusted the brakes etc. and again I had to help with the load process when picked it up. Got tires changed elsewhere that day as they Don't do that. Or even stock those tires that are a common size. Tried to leave the near by tire dealer and the tractor wouldn't move. Brakes just worked on by John Deere Cahall were locked up. Quickly called Cahall dealer and got there before they closed. Simple diagnosis suddenly became another hr. commute and another 2nd trip as the minute 5 pm rolled around they were out of there! Simple Starting issue then too as they didn't thoroughly check the electrical system I feel. Customer issues be damned ! Having a John Deere dealer should not be an entitlement to bad service and by default as the only one near there. May contact the factory and share this as well. NO excuse for this by any vendor much less a "premium brand". Would not use them again and cost JD a sale as well as I bought another brand.
