The renovations, minus the wait time for the quartz countertop, took just less than a week.  The crew showed up promptly each day at the scheduled time.  They were polite, considerate of our schedules and needs (stove & refrig available at the end of every day), and cleaned up the area on a daily basis.
The quality of the workmanship is unbeatable...everything is level, the grouting and caulking was cleaned to perfection, all doors/drawers adjusted to be even.
As stated previously, this is the third major renovation we have used BTS Contracting (see previous reviews) and we have not been disappointed.

This is a company to definitely use. His work is the best I have ever had. It is hard to find someone to take small projects. Boris good about working the small projects between larger projects.

Bob had to replace the back door frame as the inside door would never stay open without keeping it propped open. You could visibly see how the door slanted. Turns out the framing of the door was measured incorrectly from the original builder. Bob had to improvise to make the framing right in order to install the new inside door and storm door. He also installed a storm door for the front door. A few months earlier, Bob replaced the framing on the basement door and installed a new door as well. It was the same problem as stated above. This is the 3rd time I've used BTS Contracting. I'm absolutely impressed with every aspect of his work. He does it right the first time! Bob and his team are courteous, makes great suggestions, trustworthy as I don't think twice about letting them in my home without me being there, punctual, keeps you informed, etc etc Do yourself a favor and call BTS Contracting for your next project. You won't be disappointed! It's so nice to find a team who are disciplined in work ethics, takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers and the end results.

This is the second project I have had BTS complete and am sure there will be more. Bob and his guys are easy to work with, fast, and do high quality work. I have nothing but good things to say!!

Bob, Chris and Brian were great!!!! They were able to get started quickly and finished most of the project within 2 weeks. (The windows had to be ordered and there was a bit of a delay) My home has a lot of odd wiring and Chris managed to get the issues he came across fixed, even when it meant tracking the problem to a 2nd floor bathroom outlet that was triggering it. I had no concerns about having any of them in my home whether I was there or not. I can't say enough good things about them! I already have Bob working on a quote for another project.

Bob Lally was very helpful with suggestions and bringing samples for us to choose quality materials.  We submitted our crude drawings to him to give him an idea of what we desired.  The end results is beautiful.  We needed a handicap restroom with space for a wheelchair to access all points of the restroom.  We can wheel into the shower stall and have a place to sit and all around grab bars, but still with a very modern look.  The mitering on the crown moulding is perfect.  I liked the fact that I could keep in contact with him through email.   He ran into a few problems that he resolved with the manufacturer.  One was the bathroom sink basin came in from the same company warped.  He called them up and made them come out to correct the problem.  It delayed him a few hours, but he didn't let them go until it was right.  We gave him the key to come and go as needed, which made the job easier for him.  We had no issue with them having access to the house and us not there.  He and his employees are trustworthy.  He keeps up the current trends and will give you the new modern look you desire.

Bob and his crew are polite, punctual, efficient, and have a fantastic work ethic.  The master bath remodel is even better than we could have imagined!  We will definitely use BTS Contracting for all our future work.

We discussed with Bob Lally, the owner of BTS Contracting http://www.btscontracting.com/, what we wanted and what our budget was. Once we were ready, the process was very pleasant. Everyone involved - Bob; his team and the subcontractors he used, were punctual and very efficient. Their attention to detail and quality of the workmanship has provided us with a garage that has more than met our expectations.

During the construction process, a few additional changes were made to accommodate our needs. These changes were not a problem to incorporate and we still came in under budget!  I would highly recommend Bob and his team for your job! The work site was always tidy. They made sure to clean up the area prior to leaving each day!  We've received numerous compliments and inquiries due to the quality of work done from neighbors and friends!

Bob Lally is the Owner and Chris is Bob's right-hand man.  Bob is totally hands on.  He and Chris are a fantastic team.  After having Bob remodel our upstairs master bath and build us a new 16'x 15 deck, we contracted with him to do a complete remodel of our kitchen, our main floor 1/2 bath and installed Bamboo flooring throughout the first floor.  This work was accomplished last Summer and we had them come back and complete a basement remodel in the fall that involved adding more finished space,  subflooring and laminate finished flooring, a new 1/2 bath, closet and complete new wiring.  They ran internet and Cable TV wiring in the first floor and basement also and added beautiful can LED lighting.  They did a beautiful high quality job and everything looks fantastic at a fair price and in a timely manner.  I don't know of any two people that work harder than Bob and Chris.  Bob and Chris are problem solvers, they can figure out a way to make things work, very innovative and cost and quality conscious.  They have the right skills, knowledge and updated tools to do the job right.  No rework with these gentlemen.  As a side note, we had not originally planned to replace our double door walkout on the first floor to our deck, but in the fall last year we started to have some leaks during hard rains so I called Bob and he and Chris came in at no charge and sealed and caulked the door threshold to protect our new flooring.  After the weather got a little better, we had them return and install a new double door walkout in March.  They did a terrific job of installing the door, adding insulation where there had not been any.  The original door they replaced was built and installed by champion windows here in Cincy about 10 years ago, but it was a horrible  install and poor workmanship that gave us problems from day one.   It does not matter how well made a door or window is, if the installation sucks and is wrong, it does not matter, So  Buyer beware.  Bob knows how to correctly install large doors and he and Chris did it right.  It is beautiful, much quieter, modern, energy efficient and no Leaks!!
We plan on having Bob return to do more flooring to our upstairs and stairway also.  I don't hesitate to recommend Bob Lally and BTS construction for any homeowner.  He has recently done remodel and flooring work for a neighbor.  Bob is a straight shooter. I will probably have Bob do more work down the road also.

I plan to keep track of BTS's number and giving them first shot at any future work that requires a handy man. We are very pleased with the end product.

We had hired BTS to build our deck in 2012 (see previous review) and were so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism that BTS was a definite consideration when we wanted to replace the siding on our house as well as numerous other modifications.
Bob was again very timely and professional.  Willing to listen to what we wanted rather than telling us what he thought we should have, but willing to make suggestions if we asked.  Numerous times during the process he checked with my wife on how we wanted something done or contacted me when he found something unexpected.
Each day when they left, the area was as neat and cleaned up as it could be expected...accessible and livable.  They ended each day searching for and retrieving dropped nails and pieces of coil stock. (I did the same multiple days and found less than a half dozen nails total).
BTS did not put up the gutters themselves, but were back to examine the work and make sure that it was up to appropriate standards and that we were satisfied.
As I said in my previous deck review, BTS probably won't be the least expensive bid, but the Quality, Friendliness, and promptness is unbeatable and my experience has been you "take the cheapest price" you frequently "get the cheapest work".  I'm a perfectionist and I despise having to re-work something I paid someone else to do...with BTS I don't have to.
My dog would also give BTS a "five arf" rating on throwing a frisbee. (free of charge I might add).
Speaking of "free of charge"...one pleasant surprise...on the final invoice was a CREDIT for fan fold insulation which wasn't used.  Not all contractors credit for unused materials once a price has been agreed upon.

Bob Lally, owner of BTS met with us several times to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted.  He brought multiple samples of flooring, cabinets, counters, doors, paint, lighting, back splash etc from which we could choose - we didn't have to run all over town picking out samples which was very nice.  He offered input and after a few meetings, Bob presented us with drawings that were exactly as I had envisioned.  
Once Bob and his team started contruction, the diligently worked to get the job done and actually exceeded his original timeframe.  Bob basically gutted my entire first floor with exception to the dry wall on the walls.  Even with all of the debris the job created, when we came home every night after work the house was cleaned up and operable (as best as possible given all appliances had to go, plumbing was moved, etc.)   Bob and his team are some of the nicest business folks I've ever done business with.  He is a perfectionist and if he didn't like the way something turned out, he would change it until it was perfect.
Bob was done with this job in less than a month and the finished area completely exceeded both mine and my husband's expectations!!  Every person who has seen our home since we remodeled as been amazed at the transformation - it is absolutely beautiful!!   I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

It went very smoothly and fast.  They were finished in nine days.  They were able to make adjustments when I asked.  They were very courteous, on time, and clean.

Bob and his partner/helper wasted no time in remodeling our basement.  They did a spectacular job and worked with us when we had a change in plans.  Would definitely use them again.

Found BTS on Angie's List and then contacted them by email about coming out to give me an estimate.  Bob, the owner, responded to my email quickly and we set up an appointment for an estimate.  He arrived on time and gave me the estimate which was acceptable to me.  We scheduled the work and BTS arrived on time on the scheduled day. 
They got right to work and are very professional.  They had to set up a scaffold because the window was on the second floor.  It was a big window and I thought it would be awkward to install in that location with one side having a two story drop and the other, having to lean over the kitchen counter to work.  They ran into a couple of issues when they opened up the wall, which Bob warned me could possibly happen.  There was electric that had to be moved and a vent in the wall which had to be rerouted.  He told me right away, I approved the work and they wasted no time quickly resolving the issues.  They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything nicely when they finished. 
BTS does excellent work and they are honest and reliable.  The job came in right on the estimate except for the small additional charge for the unexpected issue that they encountered when opened up the wall.  The price for the work they did including the unexpected issues was reasonable and they did a beautiful job.  My husband and I love the window; it makes such a huge difference in my kitchen.  I will definitely use BTS again for other projects.

My experience with them was excellent.  They were on time.  They cleaned up after their work.  They worked with us very well.  We had no complaints with them.  They got the job done in record time.  They went above and beyond in anything that we expected them to.  I have no qualms recommending them.  They were conscientious and they worked with the customer very well.  They had good ideas.  The owner of the company was just a really nice guy to work with and was very helpful.  He went out of his way to give the customer what they wanted.  He did it in a very timely manner.  We have a job already scheduled with them.

Bob returned my call promptly; provided an estimate, and made suggestions. Bob and his co-worker were friendly, personable, and professional. It was refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and doesn't settle for mediocrity. Bob kept me informed and always arrived early. I was equally impressed with how easily he was able to improvise in situations that wasn't part of the plan. Few words are really needed when your contractor is exceptional. I will definitely call Bob for future projects.

A few days prior to the start date, Bob contacted me to ensure everything remained in order. He indicated he would arrive to start construction at 7am, which he did. Bob and his team worked dilligently throughout the day, despite the added headache of large rocks below the surface. The deck was still completed on time and looks amazing. Upon completion, Bob cleaned the area and offered a few tips on maintenance. 
Bob prides himself on constructing a deck that could withstand a mack truck. I've never used a deck with such stability. My family and dogs recently enjoyed the deck on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I simply cannot overstate how much I appreciate the attention to detail. I look forward to many years of enjoyment on my deck. 

Service was performed ahead of schedule, under budget (!with the discount for Angie's List Members), Professional service, Quality workmanship overall exceeded expectations.

Bob and I discussed the area to be remodeled and the specifics.  He put up the drywall with the primer coat, canned lights and two sets of light switches.  He installed entryway tile.  We had a carpet company lay the carpet.  Less than a year later, I had Bob add a full bathroom in an adjoining space.  He contracted out some of the plumbing work. 
Bob is always very tidy, neat and clean and professional.

I got an estimate from Bob.  He got the permits, did the work, and was there for the inspection.  He moved a couple of flowering shrubs.repair

BTS did an awesome job.  Bob and Chris were great, they came in early every morning and were done by the time I got home from work everyday.  He was very clean and professional and was able to work with me during the build and adjust when necessary.

His service was great. He did a really good job.  He was one of the best contractors we have ever had. He was very professional.  The craftsmanship was very good quality.

They were here when they said they would be, they finished when they said they would. They picked up all of their waste products and left our property just like they found it. They were within a few dollars of their original quote.They were professional, courteous and we couldn't be happier with the decks they built for us.
