They were very caring and easy to talk to. One of the doctors there does offer alternative methods of treatment, but he is only there maybe once a week right now.

The vet was over an hour late for the first appt of the day and the receptionist was smoking (indoors from the smell of it) while we waited. It took almost 4 hours for vaccinations and blood work on two pets, and they disappeared with them for almost an hour to do the vaccinations. There was an RX they couldn't fill, so they charged me $10 for the written prescription. There were bugs and spiders and hair balls in the corners, and the back of each exam room is open and connected to the next so animals can come into contact with one another. I initially chose them for price, but ended up spending $400 more than I had been quoted.

I believe the vet knows his medicine, he diagnosis issues and does a good job of explaining them to us personally. The staff is very nice and they care about the animals.

FOUND KITTENS ON MY DOOR STEP. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE THEM SPAY/NEUTERED, IMMUNIZED AND A ONCE OVER CHECK-UP. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND TOOK SPECIAL CARE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND BE AWARE OF MY CONCERNS. EXCELLENT PRICES, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WONDERFUL CARE.
