The men arrived as agreed upon and moved our washer and dryer from the utility room.  Then they proceeded to prepare the floors to have the vinyl installed.  They used one sheet of vinyl for both rooms, even connecting the two rooms through a standard doorway with one seam in the vinyl.  This really surprised us as we thought they would have to cut the vinyl.  The result was great as there was no seam in between the rooms.
   Upon completing the installation, they moved the washer and dryer back in the room and then leveled them.
   We are very impressed with the quality of the vinyl and also the quality of workmanship in the installation.

This experience did not go very well.  The carpet that was delivered did not match the quality of the carpet sample that I had in hand which I had from the store.  So when the carpet arrived and we compared it there was no way that it was the same quality.  The installer who was send from their store agreed with me and called his brother who was the owner and the two of them got into a shouting match and the owner of the store basically told me that there was absolutely no way that it was different.

When we installed your job and explained that to you 1 weight the same as the sample, we completed your job professionally and you paid the balance owed. I am sorry for any confusion on our part. We are a family owned business and we do everything to please our customers. Please call Ohio Valley flooring 513-271-3434 to confirm there is only one weight."
