All Around Fence

When they started the fence they told me they should be done with the fence and shed in 10 days or 2 weeks. They did the fence in a timely manor, but the gate fell off after 1 week. I made appx.10 calls to get them out to fix the gate. They came out in March and did fix the gate. They started the shed 2 weeks after they started the fence, Mike charged me $1500.00 to build the shed and told me not to pay until everything was complete. After 2 days I was told by one of the workers that he needed to get the money up front so he could get the rest of the supplies for the shed. Mike was out of town and couldn't get the supplies. Wanting to get my yard tools and lawnmower out of my garage, so I agreed to pay and received a receipt for the payment. The shed was built with OSB boards and tar paper on a flat roof, it is a major eye sore. When you step on the shed floor it fells like you are falling through, the tar paper roof leaks, the door doesn't shut, we have OSB board exposed on the outside walls and the shed is sinking on one side. This shed is a joke, I've called and taked to Mike so many times I'm sick of the excuses. I want the shed taken away and my $1500.00 refunded. Four months to finish is long enough. Mike has looked at the shed and agree's and told me he fired the 2 workers that built my socalled shed.
