Excellent replaced and new pipes job finished in 2 1/2 hours

Moen faucet required a replacement cartridge. The cartridge was held in place with brittle plastic parts. The plumber had to find a specialized tool just to extract the cartridge. After checking multiple local dealers, the plumber had to request parts from mown. Once received, the plumber spent hours replacing the part. He was patient working through every obstacle that came up. I'm happy with Integrity Plumbing, the plumber, the cost, and the repair.

Excellent and trustworthy all the way around...the name Integrity says it all!! We had a main line back up right before Christmas Called another company first and what a disaster! Didn't fix the line...kept telling us how bad it was...yard would need to be dug up and lines completely replaced Thousands of dollars worth of work! Called Integrity for a second opinion and what a blessing they were!! Got the line cleaned out very quickly price was good and very professional!! Even spoke to the owner himself before they came Thanks for saving us from the dishonest scammers out there and thousands of dollars on something that didn't even need done. Won't ever call anyone else Thanks again

It was a great experience. They were able to help me over the phone with what I should do until they were able to get to my home over the weekend.

We had a plumbing emergency, sewage was backing up into our basement. I had called several plumbers that didn't have any availability or were not in due to the holidays. I finally called this company and they came out 30 minutes later. Their worker was very friendly and very knowledgable. He was able to diagnose the problem and take care of it within an hour. I would recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises

They had one of their guys come out and take a look at it, free of charge. He suggested that I just put my drain stopper in to prevent the water from coming into the bathtub. I also wanted to know how much they'd charge to put a gas line in so that I could have a gas countertop stove. He looked and thought there would be a gas line already so he took pictures and said someone would get back with me with an estimate but no one ever got back with me. The man who actually came out was very nice and helpful. I would have used them again had they called me back but they never did. I'd give the guy who came out an A rating but the company itself gets a C for never getting back to me with an estimate.

I can not say enough about this company. Brian did such a good repair I would ask for him to return if I had a problem again.

The water supply pipe from the well to the house has ruptured where it enters the house. I found Integrity on Angie's List and gave them a call. They were very responsive. We were able to schedule the repair within a few days, when it was convenient for me to be present. When the work began, the whole crew executed the work very professionally. They arrived when they said they would and began work immediately. They had to remove a very mature lilac bush and hauled it away. They even removed another one at no charge which they felt was potentially causing damage to the foundation of our house. They hauled it away and filled in the holes. The repair to the pipe was completed within a few hours and we had our water back. They sleeved the pipe in the wall to protect it from future damage. There had not been a sleeve in there to begin with which may have contributed to the failure. I will consider Integrity for any future plumbing work in my house.

It went very well. The company did a good job of communicating when they would arrive and then were on time. The work went well and I was very satisfied with their professionalism.

Both plumbers arrived, took measurements in the basement so that they knew where to dig and got to work. My daughters were home at the time and both men (Nick and Chris, I believe) were very kind to each. You could tell that these men loved kids and cared about the importance of family. Both men were all-around great guys.
Anyhoo, (back to the "story")... They used the backhoe to safely remove some bushes in my landscaping where the water line came into the house. (I replanted both bushes the next day and all three are doing well). they easily found the main supply line and were able to fix it. About the only annoyance was the fact that they took quite a long time to get new copper fitting. I don't necessarily blame the company as the plumbers had to go to Groveport to find the proper fittings (I live in Westerville).

Plumber found the in & out pipes were leaking due to corrusion so had to replace them. He explained foam was result of the corrusion over time. Pipes were replaced within the hour and cleaned-up area very good.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. His pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

They were prompt and professional, arriving when they said they would and finishing on time. They did a great job.

LOST A PIECE AND DIDNT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. ALSO DIDNT REHANG MINI BLINDS.
