Upon calling them this fall and now the new homeowner, I was originally told that the warranty didn't transfer to me. Then I was told the warranty had expired. I insisted someone come out and look at it. The company identified the problem and it appears to be fixed but they refused to fix the plaster and paint from the worsening water spots caused by them not fixing the issue the first time making the issue go from a small one to a big deal. After being hung up on by the owner and much haggling they agreed to come fix the problem. They did and I wasn't charged but I am still irritated by the lack of professionalism and that this had to happen at all. The problem was a result of a design issue with the house which in my opinion should have been identified by them upon installation and dealt with accordingly at the time.
