From our first contact with Bill until John’s truck pulled away after completion of the job, there was nothing but professionalism and care provided to us and our home by the entire crew. Ours was a big job, tear down and replacement of roof, gutters, and siding. John, the owner, and his crew worked tirelessly on very hot days until every detail was perfect. They went above and beyond all expectations and the end result is truly a work of art. We cannot count the number of neighbors who stop by to tell us how beautiful it is. We couldn’t agree more! You will not find a harder working, more caring crew. Meticulous is the word we use to describe them-everything was left in better condition than when they first arrived, including our yard! J D Roofing recently replaced my old, leaky tile roof with a modern shingle roof. The roof looks great and the whole install was done within 8 hours. Working with Bill to schedule my installation was really easy. He communicated about what was happening at each step along the way. The crew who came to my house were all professional and nice. They did a great job cleaning up and at the end of the day you couldn't even tell there was a major construction job that morning. Our new roof was a big purchase for us and, like any big purchase, I always hope that I'm making the best decision. Now that it's done, I'm really glad we did it and I'm glad we used J D Roofing. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I was extremely happy with the timely response from JD Roofing, their recommendations, and their price. The crew showed up on time as scheduled on a Monday, tore off the old roof, put on ice guard, new vents, and the new roof on the front of the house by late that afternoon. They cleaned up everything so well that you almost couldn't tell they had even been there. The next day they finished the back of the house and put a special upgraded roofing material on the flat roof of the porch and family room at no additional charge. They came back on Thursday and installed the seamless gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts. They had to add two (2) additional downspouts and I was not charged any extra for them. The representative met with me that afternoon, we reviewed everything, and I paid for the work.

I obtained quotes from several reputable roofing companies based on Angie's List research.  The quote from JD Roofing was the most thorough with an extremely fair price.  Bill Ruple, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly, which was a deciding factor to choose this contractor.  Bill educated us regarding every detail of our project. 
We needed the roof replaced within a specific period of time and JD Roofing met our demands without question.  The crew that performed the work, (which lasted 2 1/2 days), worked extremely hard and for long hours.  I would definitely recommend this company.  At the very least, give them an opportunity to quote your job.  Their professionalism is impressive. The information helped us analyze and compare other quotes.

Called 1-800 #, and had call returned promptly.  Free estimate made - was in line with 3 other estimates we had gotten, but/and they had 12 months 0% interest financing.  Offered 20/25 and 50 year shingles (we went with 50 yr).  We contacted early in the year, and took several weeks for weather to cooperate.  Had crew of 10-15 guys working on roof - came out at 0630 and they worked well into the afternoon - but had the old roof taken off, new roof placed on, and also replaced plywood that was needed, and put in ridge vents (our house is a 1974 ranch, and hadn't had a new roof in some time), and all done in one day - clean up was very good.  Came out 2-3 days later and had new gutters and guards put in.  Then 2-3 days later had soffit venting placed.  Workers and supervisors were very nice and helpful.  On the day of the roof being placed, we also had garage doors being installed, and the 2 different crews worked together to make sure each other's jobs were done.  In all, completed job looks very nice, functions much better, and was done in a very timely manner at what we thought (compared to other estimates) was a good price (and we appreciated the financing).
This was the first time we've had to replace a roof or gutters or have vents placed, and everything seems to have gone very well.  We have many trees on the land, and shingles we purchased are to last 50yrs, and have coating to prevent mold/moss from growing.  Looking forward to not having to replace our new roof for some time.
