Our service man, Tom, arrived ahead of schedule, after calling to confirm that he was allowed to come a little early. He sprayed all of our outdoor play equipment, picnic tables and other yard structures. He was polite and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to ask questions when he was finished and he reviewed what was covered under their guarantee. He was very knowledgeable about where the insects like to nest and he pointed out several locations in the yard where there was a lot of activity and building. Some I had known, others I hadn't noticed. After he left I inspected for myself and he was right on the money. He made notes on our record that he was to be assigned to our property in the future since he was familiar with our needs and our property. Tom was professional and friendly. I feel very confident in the job he did and safer now that it is done! He promised to return and spray again if we see any more activity through the rest of the year. We will absolutely use him again.

The serviceman was very professional. he said they would get rid of the bugs and they have. They have come back three times to make sure all the bugs were gone. We are very pleased with the service provided and the professional manner in which the problem was handled.

The came out, gave an estimate, and then came back to set the traps. They checked back and some bait had been eaten. They kept returning until bait was not eaten. The mouse issue has been remediated, but they did not have traps large enough for squirrels/chipmunks in the garage, so this problem was not addressed.
Overall they were very communicative and very professional. They always showed up on time!

I'm happy with their service, they come when they say they are coming and they do the job. They come once a year and they come in the spring. The cost is fair for the work they do.
