THEY REMODELED A MASTER BATH AND SMALL BATH OFF OF THE UTILITY ROOM, COMPLETELY GUTTED BOTH. IN MASTER BATH, WE HAD JACUZZI TUB INSTALLED, CERAMIC TILE SURROUND, NATURAL MAPLE VANITY, CUSTOM MADE VANITY TOP WITH MARBLE TILES, CUSTOM MARBLE TILE FOR BACK SPLASH, CERAMIC TILE FLOOR AT AN ANGLE, NEW MIRRORS, EXHAUST FAN, LIGHTING, SOME NEW DRYWALL, MOLDING AND BASEBOARDS, WIDENED AND INSTALLED NEW DOOR, AND TOILET TOPPER. UTILITY BATH; NEW ANGLE SHOWER WITH ACRYLIC SURROUND, NEW TOILET, OAK VANITY WITH MARBLE TOP, TOPPER FOR TOILET, TILE FLOOR AT AN ANGLE, MEDICINE CABINET, LIGHTING, PAINTING, BASEBOARDS, AND ELECTRIC BOW UPDATED. TWO NEW OUTDOOR OUTLETS AND LIGHTS ADDED, NEW LINE FOR JACUZZI TUB, WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR WAS ADDED, MINOR REPAIR TO LAMINATE FLOORING IN KITCHEN, HUNG ALL WINDOW TREATMENTS I ORDERED IN MASTER BATH, AND STEAM CLEANED ALL CARPETS FREE OF CHARGE.
